Quality management of provision of public services in the field of taxation

This article discusses the features of quality management of the provision of public services by tax authorities. The subject of this article is the role and importance of public services provided by tax authorities to taxpayers, as well as their development trends. The purpose of the study is to identify the main directions of development of the system of providing public services by tax authorities. The definition of "quality management" and "public services in the field of taxation" is given. Features of quality management of the provision of public services in the field of taxation are given. Features are identified, the main elements of a quality management system are highlighted.
