The article discusses customs services, factors that significantly affect their quality, the main criteria for the quality of customs services, as well as the methodology for assessing the quality of customs services. The main purpose of the article is to identify obstacles in the customs clearance process, assess customer satisfaction, and explore ways to make these services more convenient, faster, and more efficient. The research results are aimed at optimizing the processes of providing customs services and improving their quality, which, in turn, will contribute to the development of foreign economic activity and improve the competitiveness of Russian companies in the international arena.
