Personnel security management. Analysis of personnel risks and proposals and measures to reduce them

This article is devoted to the consideration of methods of personnel security management. The whole range of personnel risks in the organization and ways of their settlement are studied by the competent construction of the personnel security management policy by the head. Two main approaches are analyzed to identify and assess personnel internal and external risks, and suggestions are made on how to eliminate them. The dependence of personnel risks on the personnel policy and operational work with the personnel of the organization is traced. The criteria for assessing personnel risks in the organization, taking into account its specifics, are defined.
