Personnel risk assessment management in the corporate resources system to ensure the economic security of small enterprises

The article deals with the topical issue of building a system of human resourcesmanagement in order to ensure the economic security of small businesses, forwhich this issue is extremely important in view of the few available internalresources. The most important factor in ensuring the economic security of a smallenterprise is the human factor. The article presents an effective and inexpensivemethod of human resources management in order to ensure the economic securityof small businesses based on the formalization of personnel risks. As an example,we consider a small enterprise engaged in the production of plastic Windows.
