Customer experience (CX) in the modern world is one of the types of competitive advantages. Recent developments in Big Data Analysis (BDA) have made it possible to use customer information for customer experience management (CXM). This article is devoted to the analysis of customer experience and the analysis of ways to obtain information about the customer. Much attention is paid to the structure of customer experience management and its relevance to the business.
