The communicative resource of the organization in business management is that it predetermines the nature of intellectual interaction within the company. The relevance of the study is predetermined by the fact that such interactions at all levels and through all channels modernize communication in the factor of development. The value of information lies in its exchange, transformation into knowledge and products of intellectual activity. And this value is created through communication. Thus its absence or undeveloped communicative resource entails corporate stagnation. The study is a definition of the principles of communication, its types and processes of establishment. The result of the study is the conclusion that the establishment of communication is an important step in the project of building a sustainable, autonomous, creative corporate culture in the enterprise.
