The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between the conflict management system and the development of corporate culture of modern organization. Corporate culture as an element of the personnel management system of modern organizations is unthinkable without the formation of the so-called culture of conflict, conflict management system. On the one hand, corporate culture can be a basic factor in the emergence of conflicts of different levels in the organization. On the other hand, the state and dynamics of labor conflicts in the organization affect the formation and development of corporate culture.
