Management of conflict situations in the student environment: the possibilities of a mediation approach

The article discusses the management of conflict situations in the student environment. Mediation strategy that facilitates the constructive resolution of disputes and disagreements among young people, provide an opportunity to the parties to the conflict to feel the psychological security, but also form the human resistance to adverse external and internal impacts of the environment.
