In the conditions of accelerating rates of digital transformations in all spheres of the company’s activity, education, acquisition and development of competencies of the personnel of organizations, becomes the determining factor of the company’s competitiveness. Human resources that possess unique knowledge, are able to generate ideas and implement them in practice, minimizing costs, bring high dividends to business and ensure the growth of its competitiveness. In turn, the magnitude and duration of the return on the use of human capital depends on the interest of business in obtaining and developing the competencies of employees, as well as on investments in the organization of educational processes and the creation of educational infrastructure. The organization of educational processes by joint efforts of business, educational institutions of secondary vocational education and higher educational institutions, research institutes, training centers and the state creates a platform for obtaining high results by all subjects of economic activity. The effectiveness of interaction between business and education should be based on the company’s educational strategy, a developed system of interaction between educational institutions and business structures based on mutually beneficial cooperation. In the long term, the company’s ability to obtain highly qualified specialists, and especially to maintain their knowledge in accordance with its own needs, determines its competitiveness in the market.
