Principles of assessment and ranking of organizations' structural departments are considered, based on the improvement of well-known techniques and using of methods from mathematical statistics. Selection of methods have been justifies, reasonable for the procedure of ranking of organizations' departments. Recommendations on carrying out of monitoring of effectiveness of organizations and its' departments activities are formulated, from the standpoint of their influence on the competitiveness of an enterprise.
