Product competitiveness management at the enterprise: approaches and methods of implementation

The article analyzes the experience of using specific tools that allow an industrial enterprise to implement in practice systemic, process and situational approaches to managing product competitiveness. As a result of the study, the main methods of competitiveness management were identified: analysis and planning of product competitiveness; creating advantages by producing products with competitive characteristics in terms of quality and price; monitoring and control of the level of competitiveness of products; support and development of the market position of products.
