Corporation management based of multi-object approach

The paper presents the methodology of establishing a collection of companies as a single vertically integrated corporate structure and some technological aspects of the management of the latter. A peculiarity of the offered approach is the possibility to change the decisive criteria that are used both for the integration and the assessment of the effectiveness. This algorithm is suitable for the development of visual medium to design a decision-making scheme and implement a software application.
