The management of the corporation in crisis: risks and ways to reduce them

The article examines the causes of economic instability, its impact on the state of the regional economy of Russia and on the activities of companies. It describes the possible risks that companies and their environment are exposed to, as well as ways to reduce risks, namely, developing a corporate strategy. The necessity of forecasting the occurrence of risks and the availability of an effective corporate governance system is justified.
