Management of corporate changes

Article is devoted to problems of management of corporate changes at the industrial enterprises. Restructuring processes, i.e. radical change of a condition of the enterprise for the purpose of accumulation of innovative and production potentials are considered. The mechanism of management of restructuring providing maintaining stability during development of the company is considered. Techniques for effective management of corporate changes are proved.
