In the article the questions of formation of marketing of the personnel which form the process of management of the motivation system for increasing the efficiency of labor activity are considered. An analysis was made of the relationship between the personnel marketing system and the enterprise's competitiveness in the Russian economy. On the basis of theoretical and practical analysis, a conclusion was made with recommendations on the formation of marketing personnel in the practice of managing staff motivation.
