Managing international migration in modern conditions

Researching of the main migration trends, their factors and management tools are relevant. The aim of the study is to develop a model of management of international migration flows in the modern conditions. Scientific and practical significance of work is in introducing the term of “world-migration” on the basis of the migration concept clarification. New trends in international migration have been identified and factors have been highlighted. The state management model of international migration has been developed, and indicators of its efficiency have been proposed. The results of this study is identification of sedentary lifestyle besides the traditional determinants of migration processes and the lack of breakthrough technologies for displacement. The role of the State had been transformed. Key role is ensuring migration security. The basis for an effective model of international migration public management is the search for a balance between openness and exclusion in a world of migration. The range of borders of the migration security indicator is defined. It ranges from the migration capacity of the labour market, which prevents the decline of the gross domestic product to the migration capacity of the labour market, which increases gross domestic product.
