The article is devoted to the work motivation system for remote (remote) employees, the pros and cons of remote (remote) work are identified, the types of employees who can work remotely (remotely) are considered, material and non-material motivation methods are formed and measures are proposed to improve the work motivation system for remote workers (remote) employees.
