Management of elementary schools of Akmolinsk and Semipalatinsk district 1885-1918

In given clause the review of activity of government and local administration on creation of a control system of elementary schools of Akmolinsk and Semipalatinsk district is given. The basic stages of changes of the existing order of management of schools are considered within the framework of functioning the Western-Siberian educational district.
