Management of universities educational programs: a systematic approach

The aim of the work is to analyze the application of systematic approach methods to the management of universities educational programs. The object of the study are the educational programs of universities. In the article the factors and key principles influencing the management of educational programs of universities in modern conditions are presented; the results of modeling educational programs in the form of a «black box» are given; some aspects of the application of a systematic approach to their design are considered.
