Environmental protection management in transboundary regions of the Russian Federation, People's Republic of China and Mongolia: a comparative legal aspect

The article describes the main problems in the field of environmental protection in the transboundary regions of the Russian Federation, China and Mongolia. The author makes a conclusion about the necessity for a systematic and integrated approach and the harmonization of the imperatives of economic development and environmental safety in the implementation of state policy in the field of environmental protection. A comparative analysis of legislative acts is made in the field of environmental protection of the Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China and Mongolia, specific features of various state programs of environmental development are revealed in the trans-boundary regions.
