Management organizational culture at regional agriculture enterprises

The author notes that the socio-economic performance of organization directly depends on the level of its culture. The author proposes a continuous system of management of organizational culture, including diagnostics, «unfreezing», change, institutionalization and cultivation of organizational values. The article demonstrates that the enterprises of regional agriculture underutilized management of organizational culture. System management of organizational values is one of the resources for improvement of activity of regional agro-industrial organizations.
