Personnel management and capitalization of service organizations

The article examines the aspects of the relationship between personnel management and capitalization of organizations in the service sector. The structure of the employed in different spheres of activity is analyzed as well as their influence on the aggregate value of the organization - capitalization. It is concluded that it is necessary to restructure the model of interaction between shareholders and corporate management, aimed at finding mutual interests through incentive and motivation programs.
