He article is devoted to the issue of the introduction of professional standards in the personnel management system. The process of introducing professional standards into the personnel management system has been studied. A study was conducted to determine the quality of work of employees before and after the introduction of professional standards. The system of personnel management based on the introduction of professional standards was proposed.
