Personnel management is the most dynamic subsystem of any enterprise, and a qualitative rethinking of the methods and technologies of personnel management entails a significant impact on the performance of the enterprise as a whole. This confirms the particular importance of studying the impact of digitalization on this area of management. The article focuses on the transformation of the most important subsystem of enterprise management - the personnel management system under the influence of the digital economy. At the intersection of digitalization and personnel management, a new form of management is emerging - digital personnel management. The main theoretical provisions of digital personnel management of an enterprise are considered, its principles, the impact on the internal environment and the labor market as a whole are indicated.
