Brief summary. The article is devoted to the management of IA portfolio as the basis for the development of innovative strategy of the enterprise. Approaches to the analysis of IA are considered, methods of decision-making on optimization of IA structure for the purpose of increase of innovative potential of the enterprise are analyzed.
