Introduction: the current situation in the labor market of the Russian Federation is characterized by an imbalance of supply and demand and is one of the key constraints for accelerated production growth. In the article, the study of the labor market is based on the principles of a scientific approach focused on the application of the complex systems and the decision-making theories, considering the relationship and interaction of all elements of the system, the characteristics of individuals and the environment in which the choice is formed.
