Managing the development of project documentation using system analysis and information modeling technologies using the example of the expansion of the special economic zone of the tourist and recreational type of the Mamay ski resort

This article highlights the current topic of implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and information modeling in the planning, development and management processes of the Mamai ski resort. The study pays attention to the growing role of technological innovation in tourism, analyzing how the application of AI and information modeling can optimize management decisions, automate operational processes, efficiently use resources, and improve the quality of the resort's services. The project demonstrates how the use of AI to analyze big data facilitates informed management decisions, while information modeling provides an accurate visual representation of all aspects of the resort. The results of the study underscore the importance of a comprehensive approach to integrating AI and information modeling, which will not only improve the efficiency of the resort, but also lay the foundation for its future development.
