Personnel audit process management

The study on the issue of the application of personnel audit in PJSC "Biosintez" involved 40 employees of the company (27 women and 13 men). Among them were: technologists, engineers, deputy heads of workshops, employees of the personnel department, an economist, an accountant and a lawyer. The average age of respondents is 40 years, work experience is 12.5 years, work experience at this enterprise is 10.3 years, work experience in this position is 7.9 years. The majority of respondents (85%) have a higher education: technical, economic and managerial profile.
