The study of management of the process of integration of young teachers into the educational process in the new territories of the Russian Federation has a topical status. In connection with new geopolitical challenges, the school education system is undergoing a complex integration process, which is associated with new challenges. To integrate a young specialist into the system of Russian education, a whole range of skills and competencies is required - from moral and value-oriented education to systemic and applied knowledge in teaching. It is especially important for the state to participate in creating a favorable environment for the development of future teachers' competencies by building a system of national projects and competency development programs, which make an invaluable contribution to the formation of a specialist. The formation of specialized communities contributes to effective socialization in the teaching team and the development of professional skills. The article considers the aspects that determine the competencies of the emerging specialist of the education system of Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republic (DNR and LPR). The author gives a retrospective analysis of the processes of managing the integration of young specialists on the base of published literature data and shows the significance of support for students studying in pedagogical universities.
