Managing by the processing of repayment of the company 's undertakings to suppliers in terms of insolvency

The article presents an approach that allows managing the process of repayment of monetary undertakings of an insolvent enterprise, based on their classification and subsequent ranking by urgency of execution. The main classification features are damage in case of late repayment and the type of activity that causes undertakings. Then, the authors disclose and rank by priority possible sources of this damage, such as loss of business reputation and established relationships with suppliers, initiation of insolvency (bankruptcy) of the enterprise, monetary damage in the form of payment of fines and penalties for late repayment of undertakings. It offers priority repayment of undertakings that are overdue for more than three months, followed by undertakings to key suppliers, and the remaining debt mass is repaid taking into account the monetary damage from fines and penalties if they are delayed. Using the proposed approach to classify undertakings allows you to create an optimal schedule for repayment of undertakings with minimal damage to the insolvent enterprise. The article presents the results of approbation of the method proposed by the authors at a trade enterprise facing the problem of insolvency. The using of this method allows you to minimize the risk of bankruptcy of the enterprise and form the most favorable debt structure.
