Management of Production processes of a water supply and sewerage enterprise

The study presents the specifics of the organization of process management activities in an organization. Water supply and sewerage enterprises should organize their activities as efficiently as possible, that is, optimize costs based on the expediency of management processes. To do this, you can use a process approach. At the same time, the application of the process approach will make it possible to structure the company's activities and determine strategic guidelines for managing the main and auxiliary processes. The author has developed a system of key indicators for evaluating the management system of production processes in the current economic conditions.
