Management of industrial enterprise in the context of its and state capitals integration

The article deals with the management of integration of the private capital of an industrial enterprise and the state capital. The paper describes the system that allows to manage integrational relationships from the perspective of the three most important, in the author's opinion, criteria: efficiency of integration; embarrassment; security of private owners, management and general financial and economic situation of a company.
