Manage development of material-technical base of enterprises in terms of their diversification

This article discusses one of the problems of increasing the efficiency of diversification of enterprises producing military products. The theoretical basis of the study is the concept of turning diversification into a new industrialization of the country. This involves extensive modernization and technical re-equipment of enterprises of the military-industrial complex, which are the engine of the Russian economy (they produce more than 70% of domestic innovative products). To this end, the methodological foundations and tools for optimizing the management of the development of material and technical base of enterprises in the conditions of their diversification have been developed.
