Rural development management in modern conditions

The article examines the key aspects of the development of rural areas and the management of this process, taking into account the objective features of the modern business environment. Today, stable trends have emerged that impede the sustainable development of rural areas. First of all, this is a decrease in population, migration, and a reduction in the availability of socio-cultural benefits for rural residents.An inclusive approach to strategic planning for the development of rural areas is needed, based on the interaction of economic, social and cultural-ideological factors. Following the principle of inclusiveness is based on ensuring equal conditions and quality of life for all citizens of Russia, regardless of their place of residence, which implies the need to develop social standards of living and livelihoods.
