Management of agriculture development in the context of government programs implementation in the territory of Russia

The article deals with the specific features of agriculture development management in Russia in the framework of adopted national projects and state programs. The author believes that nowadays it is necessary to reduce the cost and increase the number of credit resources attracted by farms, individual entrepreneurs and agricultural consumer cooperatives. It is important to upgrade and develop the infrastructure network of procuring, supplying and marketing agricultural consumer cooperatives.
