Management of regional budget (on example of Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

In conditions of limited financial resources in almost all regions of the Russian Federation the regional budget is approved in short supply, and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is no exception. Recently there has been a reduction in the tax and non-tax revenue in the basic plan of formation and expenditure of funds of the Republic, with a tendency to increase intergovernmental transfers. Royalty revenues form 1/3 part of the master financial plan. The amount of public debt in the region is increasing every year. Additional changes to the state regional budget of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are introduced constantly, primarily due to additional grant revenues from the Federal budget. The main form of generation and spending of monetary funds of the Federation must be approved, taking into account regional peculiarities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
