Resource management at life cycle stages of innovative projects portfolio

The approach to the structure of a life cycle of innovative projects portfolio is examined. The structure chart of types of resources at consecutive stages of the life cycle, as well as financial, material and information flows are presented. The special role of financial resources is highlighted. The influence of the composition of innovative projects portfolio and the allocation of resources between projects on business results are specified.
