Risk management of global value chains of consumer sector transnational corporations

The article is devoted to the issues of risk management of value chains of TNCs in the consumer sector. Peculiarities of value chains of consumer transnational corporations are considered in terms of risks, a classification of risks arising in value chains is proposed. The significance of risks generated by changes in the external environment, in particular, climatic and pandemic, is highlighted. Risk management in supply chains is examined using the example of TNC Unilever.
