Risk management of infrastructure projects

The quality of infrastructure is one of the indicators of development of the country. In connection with infrastructure projects are of particular interest from the point of view of risk management of such projects. On the basis of the selection stages of a project, the author provides a classification of risks of infrastructure projects that threaten its implementation. A special role in the management of such risk is the coherence of the responsible units in the organization. In practice, however, this interaction has a number of problems and difficulties.
