Risk management of innovation activity

The article proposes the consideration of innovative activity in the Russian Federation as an important element of national security. The main external and internal threats, hindering the development of innovative technologies in the country. The main threats are highlighted: the low competitiveness of Russian products on global markets, the lack offunding for research and development, raw materials development model of the Russian economy. Studied at different levels of control major risk factors for innovation, and propose measures to minimize these risks. The basic problem of security in the field of innovative technologies, the ways of solving such problems.
