Risk management on the basis of SWOT - analysis (on the example of JSC «KAMAZ»)

This article deals with the risks associated with the activity of JSC «KAMAZ», on the basis of the SWOT-analysis. The author has identified, assessed the major risk factors and proposed measures to prevent or reduce the impact of weaknesses and threats due to the strengths and opportunities of the enterprise.
