Risk management of the production site CAM center Samara University. Overview and first steps

The article discusses the method for assessing risks in production, which is based on a combination of such tools as a questionnaire, a risk matrix, a graph method and a hierarchy method. Approbation of the method was carried out on the example of the production site of the CAM center of Samara University. Based on the results of a survey of employees of the CAM center, causal relationships of risks were analyzed and identified. Using a graphical-analytical model according to the developed methodology, the identification of critical risks associated with the problems of planning the execution of complex orders was carried out.
