The article is devoted to the study of the features of self-control management of sellers in the context of solving current business problems. The concept of self-control in business is clarified, and the connection between the phenomenon and the provisions of the theory of behavioral economics is highlighted. The factors of self-control of sellers in business are identified, related to motivation, the presence of objective conditions and tools of self-control, and encouragement. A list of tasks and corresponding tools is established that will allow the manager to form a system of self-control for salespeople.
