Management system as a common property resource system

The article is devoted to clarify issues related to the methodology of the study of property, the development of theoretical and methodological basis of the practice for the transformation of ownership in the modern Ukrainian economy in transition. The results of the author's research of property institute as common resource system are represented by the development of the layout management mechanism of this system.
