The article discusses modern management methods and factors affecting the functioning of the healthcare system in the Russian Federation and the federal city of Sevastopol. A comparative analysis of the provision of the city with public and private medical institutions was carried out, showing the level of provision with medical institutions and the quality of services provided in the field of healthcare.
