Equity management: specifics of the Rosseti group

The article is devoted to the study of equity management on the empirical data of the Rosseti Group. As a result, an analysis of the formation of the share capital of the holding's public distribution grid companies was presented, the main factors and features of company profit management were identified, recommendations for achieving profit growth were given.
