The article considers the value approach as an option for building an effective system of personnel management. The results of the study of the value approach to personnel management of the organization are presented, the essence and development trends of the value approach to personnel management are described. A properly designed personnel management system is a key factor in achieving the best result of the effective operation of the organization. This system is a set of different methods in the organization of work with the staff and includes such processes of selection and recruitment, adaptation, development and training, training, motivation, stimulation, evaluation, certification and others. The effectiveness of these processes depends on how quickly and effectively the company will achieve its goals.
