In this article, the essence of the Value-Based Management concept is considered, methods are analyzed for a corporate valuation, for determination of factors, which form it and for right decision criteria in business. Finally, the precedence rule needed for successful organization of a control procedure in the company, aimed at value creation, are discussed.
