The Relevance of the study of professional stresses and approaches to their management is due to the fact that stress affects the efficiency of the organization and the state of its staff. The article deals with the main causes of stress and the emergence of the syndrome of "emotional burnout" in the organizations of the service sector, the directions of increasing the stress resistance of workers. The dependence of labor efficiency on the stress resistance of the personnel of service organizations is revealed.
