Management of the capital structure of the enterprise

The article is devoted to the problems of managing the capital structure of a commercial organization. The factors influencing the choice of the strategy for the formation and management of capital are considered. The necessity of using forecasting and financial leverage when choosing the ratio between equity and borrowed capital in the total capital structure has been substantiated. An approach to the management of the capital structure is proposed, taking into account the different impact of borrowed resources on the net and gross profit.
